As a Contributor to the Venture Alliance, you're not joining a passive network—you’re becoming part of a living system. Each contributor selects a primary Focus Area based on their unique strengths, ecosystem relevance, and interest in collaborative outcomes.

What’s Required of You
As a $2,500/year Contributor, you gain access to co-developments, infrastructure, and partnerships that can yield 3–5x ROI through collaboration, visibility, and capital access.
To remain in active standing, you are expected to:
1. Complete 1 to 3 meaningful contributions per year
This may include a paid collaboration, a pilot project, a strategic referral, or the delivery of a scoped role inside a Field Team or Opportunity Block.
Contributions are tracked through ResInnovate, our intelligence platform, and tied to project outcomes and capital alignment.
2. Declare your strategic intent through:

What’s required:
Financial investment to support ecosystem-wide platforms, staffing, and pilot expansion
Designation of a relationship lead or account manager
Co-sponsorship or co-leadership of at least one major initiative per year
Participation in governance and strategic steering (board or advisory capacity)
What you receive:
Priority access to pilot sourcing, market intelligence, and deal flow
Co-branding and leadership positioning across high-visibility platforms
Inclusion in co-authored white papers, showcases, and policy work
Voting rights in strategic direction of Alliance efforts
Integrated reporting on ROI/ROV across funded initiatives
