    Help us build the relationship pathways that drive traction across the ecosystem.


    Support includes:

    • Developing outreach strategies, warm lead pathways, and onboarding flows

    • Mapping market segments across public, private, and philanthropic buyers

    • Supporting service delivery partners in testing positioning and conversion

    AI Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

    Shape the ethical scaffolding of AI adoption across sectors.
    Support includes:

    • Contributing to policy frameworks and implementation roadmaps

    • Participating in risk assessment pilots across healthcare, finance, and public systems

    • Co-designing responsible AI protocols with universities, regulators, and small businesses

    Tech/AI Help Desk 2.0

    Co-deliver a high-leverage solution for founders, SMBs, and institutions navigating emerging tech.
    Support includes:

    • Offering guided support through AI adoption, tool selection, and system integration

    • Documenting user challenges, creating resource libraries, and tracking support trends

    • Helping refine the Help Desk model as a revenue-generating, ecosystem-wide service

    Ecosystem Assessments + Workshops

    Facilitate clarity, decision-making, and alignment for stakeholders navigating change.
    Support includes:

    • Co-leading workshops and assessments that surface core opportunities and risks

    • Delivering pre-built tools that diagnose gaps in innovation, capital access, or workforce readiness

    • Mapping insights to resinnovate’s platform and turning them into actionable Opportunity Blocks

  • Every contributor selects a primary focus area that aligns with where they can deliver the most value. This creates clarity in collaboration, reduces duplication, and supports strategic team formation inside pilots and projects.

    You’ll choose one core area of focus from the following:

    Capital & Investment Intelligence

    Support the design, structuring, and matching of capital across the ecosystem.

    This includes:

    • Grant mapping and funding strategy

    • Investment readiness and capital stack modeling

    • Funder outreach and deal-flow coordination

    • Risk, compliance, and financial modeling support

    Talent & Capacity Development

    Help attract, cultivate, and retain contributors across projects, programs, and institutions.
    This includes:

    • Managing talent pipelines and contributor onboarding

    • Running assessments and readiness workshops

    • Mapping capacity needs and matching to project requirements

    • Supporting workforce upskilling, certifications, and AI literacy

    Service Design & Delivery

    Shape the services, templates, and implementation pathways that define how work gets done.


    This includes:

    • Building and refining delivery workflows

    • Supporting Help Desk 2.0 and assessments infrastructure

    • Coordinating contributor performance tracking and visibility

    • Implementing outcome-driven feedback loops

    Strategy, Research & Narrative Design

    Lead with insight, story, and system thinking to shape where we go next.

    This includes:

    • Opportunity Block creation and positioning

    • Ecosystem mapping, whitepapers, and proposals

    • Foresight, ethics, and policy design

    • Brand storytelling, marketing, and public education

    Product & Platform Development

    Help build, test, and scale the core technology infrastructure behind ResInnovate.
    This includes:

    • AI prompt systems, automation, and user journey tools

    • Web/app development, dashboards, and integrations

    • Smart contract modeling and token infrastructure

    • Product feedback cycles and UX co-design
