This initiative began through a live operational diagnostic workshop conducted on-site at Shalom Farms.

Phase 4 — Full CORE FLOW Activation

As alignment, signal, and execution mature, this work expands into full system orchestration across validation pathways, ecosystem partners, capital sequencing, and trust and governance systems. This phase is defined and structured based on the outcomes and clarity developed through Phases 1–3.

Note: Final scope and investment are determined collaboratively once the system, pathways, and capital strategy are fully clarified.

  • a Mutual NDA / Non-Circumvention / Intellectual Property Protection Agreement

  • a defined Phase 1 scope (Transition Alignment Sprint)

  • a Master Services Agreement establishing the engagement foundation

  • and a framework for how the work expands into future phases, if and when activated
